PROPERTY CLUB INVESTMENTS

Become part of a property investment club and benefit from the Experience of the club management as well as the financial power of all investors together!

We provide a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) founded under the prestigious jurisdiction of Jebel Ali Freezone (JAFZA).

Each SPV is owned 75% by the investors and 25% by Stone Investment which takes over the full management and day-to-day operations of the company and transparently gives a quarterly report to all shareholders.

We are regularly opening new SPVs which are starting operations once at least 3 million USD have been collected.

The minimum size per SPV is 3 million USD, where each investor has to contribute with 250,000 USD as minimum capital.

After 3 years the units owned by the SPV will be steadily sold and all investors get back their investment, plus profit earned. The expected profit for each investor will be at least 15% p.a. after costs and fees.

STORY

Experience of the team behind Stone Investment

The start of the group was in Germany in 2009. Our first project was an apartment building that was renovated to a high standard. Building was split up in individual appartements and sold separately. In the following years, the company started with own real estate developments and expanded across Germany and Europe.

With the experience of >10 years in real estate development, refurbishment and renting, in 2020 the group expanded to UAE. Initially, the UAE businesses was focused on real estate investment, refurbishment and property management. In 2023, the company decided also to start its core-business of real estate development in the UAE.
